Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Federal Way

I took my friend with me since he had never been to a sport clips before and i helped him put his info into the computer tablet. When they called my friend back, they said he had been in the system as having been to a story clips before which he has never been to one so they refused to give him the free MVP haircut for new clients. Im very disappointed with this place and will never recommend anyone else to this location. Worst customer service!

I've been going to this location (Federal Way) for a couple years now and I've always had a great experience! I went in today for the first time in couple months and I had a chance to use the new log-in kiosk system and it was great. My stylist today was Hannah (not sure if I'm spelling that right) and she was the best stylist I've had since I started going to Sports Clips. Thanks for everything! -Frank
