I have come to this place for years and never have had a problem. I brought my 4-year-old in for a cut and was standing nearby to ensure the length was correct. While speaking with the stylist, another employee came over and told me “he will be fine, go sit down.” I was unable to leave, taking my business elsewhere because the haircut had already started. To make the experience even worse the hair is cut much shorter than we wanted. After years of coming to this location, I unfortunately will not be returning.

If I could submit more stars I would. Great service and great atmosphere to the customers and always a upbeat and good tempo walking through the door. Like when you want to come in you get good vibes from the moment you walk in and then leaving with very good customer service. And where does that come from, it comes from the top, the manager of the store Kayla, kudos to her. Always I have my haircut from her and always have good feedback and she always cuts my hair right and good. A asset to the company and to the store. Thank you so much for taking care of me.
